Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 May 2026
Who this applies to
This policy describes how Synthropia (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit our public marketing website (pages served from synthropia.ai, synthropia.pl, and related domains). It is meant to be easy to read; it is not legal advice.
Information we collect automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and content delivery network (Cloudflare) receives technical data when you load a page: for example your IP address, approximate region, browser type, referring page, time, and the pages you request. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the site.
Cookies and similar technologies
We store a first-party cookie named synthropia-currency when you choose a display currency (USD, EUR, or PLN). It remembers your choice for up to one year and is not used for advertising.
On our contact pages we use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam. Turnstile may set cookies or use browser storage as described in Cloudflare’s documentation.
Analytics and third-party scripts
We load Apollo.io’s website tracker script to understand how businesses discover and use our site (for example page views and company-level insights). Apollo processes data according to its own policies.
Where our deployment configuration enables it, we load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) using Google’s gtag.js (loaded after the page becomes interactive). GA4 helps us understand normal page visits and specific interactions such as interest in pricing or demos, use of the “Choose Your Experience” demo on the homepage, and changes to display currency. Google processes this information under Google’s terms and privacy policy.
Contact and demo forms
If you submit our contact form, we collect the fields you provide (such as name, email, company details, and message) and send them securely to our form endpoint at forms.synthropia.net. We use this information only to respond to your request and, if relevant, to follow up about Synthropia products or services. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and security
We keep form submissions and related correspondence only as long as needed for those purposes or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information.
Your choices and rights
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; some features (such as remembering currency) may not work without the currency cookie.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact us through the Contact page on this site.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
