Agreement
By using this public website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site provides general information about Synthropia and our products. Nothing here is professional, legal, or financial advice. Features, pricing, and availability on the site are for illustration and may change; a separate agreement applies if you become a customer.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempting to break security, no automated scraping that overloads our systems, and no interference with other users. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules are broken.
Intellectual property
Text, graphics, logos, and other content on this site are owned by Synthropia or our licensors. You may browse and share links normally; do not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials for commercial use without our written permission.
Third-party links and tools
The site may link to third-party sites or embed tools (for example social networks, analytics, or security widgets). Those services have their own terms; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Synthropia and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to fifty euros (€50) or the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event, whichever is greater; if neither applies, the limit is fifty euros (€50).
Voice usage and billing
If you purchase Synthropia voice services, detailed commercial terms—including included monthly minutes, pay-as-you-go per-minute rates (quoted in USD before currency conversion), overage amounts billed in later cycles, and tier limits—are set out in your order form, subscription agreement, or invoice.
Marketing pages may summarize tiers using representative figures (for example PAYG near USD 0.38 per minute, subscription tiers with included volumes and overage rates); only the numbers in your executed agreement with Synthropia are binding.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. For questions, use the Contact page on this site.
